The service manual (on pages 1-2) indicates that your model has two memory slots and supports 32 GB (2x16 GB) DDR4-3200 MHz memory. You currently have 8 GB (2x4 GB) RAM.

Maintenance and Service Guide

 

This video may be of help for memory upgrade work.

Yes, the HP Victus by HP Laptop 16-e0125nf has RAM that you can upgrade. Laptop is featuring two RAM slots located underneath the bottom panel
