Is it possible to get parts for upgrade of my laptop?

I want to upgrade my laptop's RAM and I also want to replace the not working parts of my laptop.

Since, HP has refused to help me in this matter, I just want to know if there's any way to buy the spare parts and do the upgrade/repair on my own.

I have tried this already and unfortunately enough my country is not shown under the list of countries where I can use partsurfer to order spare parts for my laptop.

I live in India, if you can show me how to get spares in my country, you're more than welcome.

In that case I suggest you contact HP Support in your Country

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
