Is it possible to insert a extra 4gb ram in the laptop(hp pavillion 15-CC053TX). Or replace the 4gb ram into 8gb ram? Or somehow upgrade the ram. Thank you.

Hey there! @ShihabShahib, Thanks for stopping by the HP Support Forums!
I understand you would like to increase memory on your laptop.
Don't worry I'll try to help you out.
I have checked the specifications of your laptop and your laptop can support up to 16GB of memory.
And I see your laptop went with 1 4GB DDR4-2133 SDRAM.
However, you cannot replace the part by yourself as the memory (RAM) is not customer replaceable part.
You have to take it to an authorized service provider and get it fixed.
Please find the part number for memory listed below.
693374-001 8GB PC3L 12800-MHz
691740-001 4GB PC3L 12800-MHz
You can purchase the part from HP parts store using this link.
Refer the product specifications page for more information.
