Can I upgrade the Processor, Ram, and Memory?

Here's my PC specs:

Processor: AMD A8-5550 APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics 2.10 GHz
Installed Ram: 6.00 GB (5.19 usable)

Yes this machine is upgradable.  

You can upgrade the Ram, Hard Drive, Wireless card

The CPU is not upgradable.  If you want a better CPU then you will need to replace the motherboard with one that has the model you are looking for.

Yes you can. Here is the Service Manual:

Top processor is the AMD A10-5750M which would bump you from 2.1 ghz to 2.5 ghz and would be noticeable. It would be a drop in replacement. It would even give you slightly better graphics performance since the video is embedded in the processor (APU). It is not true that the processor is soldered to the motherboard. It is socketed and can be upgraded. 

Max memory is stated to be 12 gigs in the Manual but experience of the Forum is you can install up to 16 gigs of DDR3L-1600 SO-DIMM

RAM and memory are the same thing so I assume you mean permanent hard drive storage and your best single upgrade would be to install a solid state drive. They are not inexpensive but make a huge performance difference. 

The processor is going to be $45-50, 16 gigs RAM is over $100 right now and a 256 gig SSD is also going to be about $100 so you have to evaluate whether investing $250 makes sense.

This helped and answered my question but I think I'm going to take that $250 and put it towards a better and newer PC, rather than slightly upgrading a few parts.
