I just bought my laptop and was hearing this crackling sound, as similar to the video, from my hard drive. Is that normal? Or is my hard drive faulty?

I noticed your post that you are hearing a crackling sound with the hard drive of your HP 15-ac198TU Notebook. I am happy to look into this for you!
Please try the steps within this guide, Testing for Hardware Failures (Windows 10, 😎. If these tests pass, then it is normal.
