You're very welcome.
The program is detecting the circuitry for a second memory slot bot the hardware and actual slot to install the memory in are not there.
Here's a picture of the motherboard of a different model notebook with the Celeron N4020 processor which shows what you will find when you open up the notebook:

Since your notebook has an Intel Celeron N4020 processor, you may be able to get away with installing a single 16 GB memory chip in the slot.
This discussion proves that to be true:

Hi:
Yes, you can upgrade the memory but the number of memory slots your notebook has depends on what model processor it comes with.
Below is the link to the service manual. Chapter 1 has the memory upgrade information.
Maintenance and Service Guide HP 15 Laptop PC
Two SODIMM memory module slots, Intel Core processors)
Supports up to 16 GB of system memory (2 x 8 GB).
One SODIMM memory module slot, (Pentium and Celeron processors)
Supports 8 GB (8 GB × 1).

Hello again and thank you for the reply.
My processor is the following:
Intel(R) Celeron(R) N4020 CPU @ 1.10GHz 1.10 GHz
I suppose it is 7th generation and that it represents this from the guide:
Celeron® N4000 1.1 GHz (turbo up to 2.6 GHz), dual core processor (4.0 MB L2 cache, 2400 MHz FSB, 6 W)
So as far as I understand, my device has only one memory slot and it supports up to 8GB of memory ?
As stated:
One SODIMM memory module slot, non-customer-accessible/non-upgradable (Pentium and Celeron
processors)
DDR4-2400 dual channel support
Supports the following conƭgurations
● 8 GB (8 GB × 1)
● 4 GB (4 GB × 1)
However, it seems that I have 2 slots for RAM:
Windows Taskmanager:

"Used slots: 1of 2"
Also, CMD shows 16GB ,max:
C:\Windows\system32>wmic memphysical get maxcapacity
MaxCapacity
16777216
