Hi Paul

 

I did as suggested and bought the 16GB of RAM and put it in the laptop and wonder of wonders it works!!!

 

I remember when I was a young airman being taught electronic theory and having difficulty understanding how these super new things called transistors could work so fast - the old instructor finally turned round and told us - It's MAGIC.

 

Seem like nothing changes it is still MAGIC, just a lot faster.

Glad to have been of assistance, and thanks for letting us know that 1x16 GB of memory works in notebooks with the Celeron N4020 processors despite all of the documentation that states otherwise.
