Product: HP Laptop PC 15-dw4000 (4Z348AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I just bought a new laptop and it seems to be freezing and I do not understand it has 12 gram and when I check the task manager it shows it is maxing out on memory.  Can I upgrade or do I need to exchange for a new one.  How much is the minimum now.  All my friends have 8 g on their windows and are not having the same issues.  My processor is the 1235U and that is the only differnce we could find when comparing to theirs.
