HP Recommended

Arround 2 months after my 3 year warrenty expired my charging cable exploded and i was realy schocked. Is there something wrong with the products or am i just unlucky ?  My bed nearly started buring and now has a dark burned spot on it

Product name :       HP ENVY Laptop 17-ch0xxx

Product number :   3Y5K8EA#ABD

 

Just saw that it was the chargecable LS-15B . LS-15 already had the same problem in 2014 and the defect looks the same
