Hi:
It is not the correct manual, but it is the only one that HP has for the entire model series.
HP Laptop PC 15-dw3000 Manuals | HP® Customer Support
For example: The memory upgrade info would be outdated.
Your notebook would use DDR4-2666 MHz memory, not DDR4-2400.
It could support up to 2 x 16 GB of memory, not 2 x 8 GB.
The processor info is outdated. It only covers the Intel 8th gen core processors and yours has an Intel 10th gen core processor.
The manual might be good for helping you open up the notebook.
That would be about it.

Now, for the manual I posted and for the manual link on the page you linked to, I get this:
"Invalid URL
The requested URL "[no URL]", is invalid.
Reference #9.86493f17.1616709957.2a5b65b8"
So, where is the correct manual?

HP is having some major issues with the service manuals.
None of them are currently available for any model.
They are aware of the problem, and are working on resolving it, but I have no idea when the manuals will reappear.
It's been like this for 2 days now.
