Recently an error popped up on the screen saying low battery capacity (Error 601) after inquiring it with technical support I found out that the battery needs to be replaced since the current one is running out of capacity, it's been more than a year since I bought the laptop so I was browsing the HP support regarding whether battery replacement is covered under additional warranty or not and found that if the battery is non user replaceable the battery is covered under the additional warranty . Hence after I received the quotation I asked them to replace the battery under warranty to which their response was blunt saying that they will not!
