I have issue with my Laptop Keyoard some of the keys not workig in my laptop. Tried reachig HP Support ad couldnt reach HP Chat support. Even mailed the same to HP Support. No reply till now. Have used HP diagnostic rool and the failire ID is PU6G04-92P9L7-XD7W21-G1K813.

 

For Your Information, has same issue with the laptop before a moth and changed the Keyboard under warranty

Hi,

Since your PC is under warranty you should try contacting HP support again (maybe chat is not always available or only during certain hours).
