It says the system firmware has a driver issue and is listed as Code 10. I tried to troubleshoot the issue, which told me to restart my laptop, however after doing this process many times, it still isn't resolved. After trying again today, it now doesn't show a solution, saying that there's no problem that can be identified. How can I fix this issue?

Did you install firmware yourself OR HPSA installed for you ? Please download and install
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp114001-114500/sp114235.exe
Note: You need to follow instructions on screen
Regards.

Hi:
I think Windows Update installed a firmware update that is not compatible with your notebook.
The same thing happened to me on one of my notebooks too.
See if this works...
Go to the device manager. Right click on the problematic firmware device.
Select Uninstall, and check the uninstall driver box.
Restart the PC and W10 should install the device correctly.
Then run the Hide Windows Updates utility to prevent Windows from installing the firmware update again.
I have zipped up and attached the hide windows update utility, below.
