My laptop comes by default with 8 GB of RAM at 5600 MT/s, I recently used the second slot and put an additional 8 GB also at 5600 MT/s, but from the task manager it only reads 4800 MT/s, check in CPUz And if it reads the second memory at 5600 MT/s, just like in PowerShell and CMD, what can I do to make the frequency work correctly?

I had to guess at your cpu.
The answer is the same

Intel's CPU cannot run your memory at 2x5600 in dual channel mode. It can only run at 2x4400 = 8800 speed
Your CPU is fetching 128 bits of memory in 'almost' the same time as it would fetch 64bits of memory. it is "almost" twice as fast after you added the extra memory.

The memory is being accessed concurrently from both channels at the same instant.
You have dual channel so the effective speed is 2x4400 = 8800 and is faster than 5600
From the Intel 13gen processor memory info
Memory Types
Intel® processors come in four different types: Single Channel, Dual Channel, Triple Channel, and Flex Mode. Maximum supported memory speed may be lower when populating multiple DIMMs per channel on products that support multiple memory channels.

Hello, thank you for answering my question, maybe I didn't make myself understood correctly, I clarify that the laptop I use is this model HP Portable 14-ep1001la it already comes with a RAM module of 8 GB at 5600, what I did was install an additional one In the available port, install an 8 GB DDR5 SODIM at 5600 MT/s, the laptop reads the 16 GB of RAM but the frequency drops to 4800 MT/s, I would like to know if I can somehow raise it to 5600 MT/s that they should work
By the way, the specifications of my laptop are:
Processor Intel Core Ultra 5 125H
RAM 8 GB DDR5 5600 MT/s
SSD 512GB
