My issue - windows key is not working ...
For that HP Engineer visited and verified everything ..He told me that there is a scratch in my keyboard so we will not able to replace the keyboard.. but when I call to the HP **bleep** number they told me that, because of the battery my keyboard replacement was rejected....But my complaint was for the Keyboard not for the Battery how can they reject my keyboard, by showing the issue of a battery.
About the scratch - My ctrl keys color was faded (I guess product colours also comes under the warranty)
