Product: HP Notebook - 15-f272wm (ENERGY STAR)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought a used HP Notebook - 15-f272wm (ENERGY STAR), then found that the keyboard has some keys that don't work. I bought a keyboard and replaced the existing one, but it did not help. I reinstalled Windows from scratch, still having the same issue.

 

Can someone help?

Please run a Keyboard Test from F2 Diagnostic and let me know the results

 

- Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the Notebook.
- Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second. 
- When the menu appears, press the F2 key.
- On the main menu, click Component Tests and Keyboard
