The language is French but that doesn't really matter, French or English, I need a layout to apply in my window 10 settings to match the keyboard on the image(yeah I know, that image is really bad, but that's what I found), thank's 🙂

Thanks!
Kindly help me understand the exact issue you are having with the keyboard language.
Is the issue perhaps having the keyboard switch to QWERTY when you have switched to a particular keyboard input language?
It is unlikely that you will find a template that matches your notebook's keyboard precisely.
My HP product loan Spectre x360 15-ch000 notebook has a QWERTY keyboard. I use English International, Spanish and Dutch keyboards. I print out template layouts for Spanish and Dutch QWERTY keyboard for reference. I use the Windows ALT codes for language symbols when I don't feel like being bothered with switching the keyboard input language.

And I still doesn't understand the question. The window 10 is in French, the keyboard also, i don't understand, the last message isn't that much clear ? I just want a layout that matches, even if it is a German, Belgian, Italian or whatever else layout that matches, that's fine for me, I can't be more clear than that sorry :(, the window is in French, so the keyboard and that goes for all software on the laptop, the keyboard is an AZERTY (The one on the last image I sent) and all I went is a keyboard Layout to apply to use correctly

That does help me understand what you are asking.
Do you have multiple keyboard input languages setup? Which one is shown when you are having problems?
What I asked is the following.
What exactly is happening when you press keys that frustrates you?
Which keys and what appears?
Have you looked at the thread in the link below?

Oh man excuse me, I don't know how but it seem's I skipped one of your last message that why i respond how I did, I was responding to an nth "which language?". I really apologize for that, and thank's for your answers, I'm gonna try the links from your last message. My problem is that if for example I choose as layout French FRA(FR) and I press alt+8, that print "\", but base on the physical keyboard it must print "*" and that's goes for almost all special characters on the keyboard and that really piss me of, regardless of the layout I choose, I almost get every time a different results than what i except, but as you say there is probably no layout that matches precisely my keyboard, i will try the remap method as suggest someone on the post from the link you provided, thank you

No worries. I can understand your frustration.
From what I see for French language input with an AZERTY laptop keyboard, the \ for Alt+8 is actually correct. It shows that the Windows input keyboard French language has mapped the keyboard to what is seen in the image below.
A remap may do what you need.
