Haven't done so yet, but I will give that a try. All the keys do respond when I press them. However, when I did a keyboard test in the BIOS, some keys weren't detected. Those keys that weren't detected were not the ones with the LEDs. It is the correct keyboard for my laptop, and it fits perfectly. The seller I got it from is TLBTEK, and it is new. I got it on Amazon.

If unplugging/replugging doesn't solve it i would contact the seller. I notice on their ad on Amazon they mention free replacement or refund if it doesn't work- after reinstalling at least 5 times. I assume that means unplug/replug 5 times.
