Keyboard Replacement

This computer ws purchased in October 2023.

There is a malfunction with the keyboard, as keys as starting to fall off, as per picture below.

I have contacted HP Brazil, where I currently reside, and the answer is they cannot do anything, because the computer's warranty has expired.

I just want my computer fixed. 

It's clearly a hardware problem.

First confirm your laptop is out of warrenty by checking original bill or invoice purchase date as hp system can make mistakes.  And HP does offer paid repairs even after warranty expires. You should contact hp customer care or hp brazil again and ask.
