The other problem is looks like your laptop is black. The top covers with backlit keyboards are not black but other colors. They would still fit but you would have a laptop half black and half another color.
This is the silver one:
Keyboard, backlit, ash silver (available only with -001 United States, -002 India, and -DB1 Canadian French keyboards)

So you need part number L23074-002

In theory, yes.
The model series was offered with either backlit or non-backlit. However, to retrofit a backlit keyboard takes replacing the whole top cover which is a very expensive part and requires a lot of tech labor to do.
If you really MUST pursue it regardless of cost and effort post back and we can help.
