Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

Some keys on the front row of my azerty keyboard ( a z e r u i o p ) just do not work when everything else functions just fine. I already set BIOS to default, uninstall the devices in Device Manager but that still did not work. I also uninstalled Intel Integrated Sensor as someone else did, but this did not work either. Does anyone else have the same problem and know the solution? I reinstalled WIndows 10 again, and cleaned up everything but that did not do, so I guess it must be something else.

Thank you much.

Appreciate you trying the steps. This looks like a hardware issue. I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.

Have a great day!
