hp pavilion x360 14-dh1040tx
Microsoft Windows 11

Hi there!

I currently have the hp pavilion x360 14-dh1040tx. It came with WIndows 10 pre-installed. I upgraded to Windows 11.There was a lot of problems with the computer and I had to get it repaired a bunch of times. Please note that the display was replaced once, and I was told if you need to replace your display you'll have to replace the keyboard and the touchpad alongside with it. So I got them replaced. And I am not sure the display replacement caused the problem but the keyboard and the touchpad of my computer does not work. It identifies as using it as a tablet when I am using it as a laptop. The operating system thinks it is been used as a tablet (WIndows 11). But, every once in a while, very rarely the keyboard and touchpad suddenly starts to work.

And the keyboard and touchpad works perfectly fine in bios. Is there a known cause for this? How can I get this fixed? I need an answer please...
