Product: HP ENVY x360 - 13-ag0002na
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

On start up today I noticed my keyboard  was giving me the wrong imput. I'd press 'T' and get 'TM'  some buttons now do nothing others give a foreign version of the letter. The mouse will not do a right click to access menus and instead of scrolling zooms in and out. I tried lots and nothing worked. Even System Restore failed to fix it. Can you help me.

Update - the issue is the Alt-GR key repeatedly activating as if stuck.
