HP ENVY 15-Q178CA

hi guys, my HP ENVY 15-Q178CA keyboard got spilled by bannana milkshake and now sometimes random character shows even i did not touch the keyboard. when the error stop i can use Touch keyboard normaly.

questions

1.  I already wait 48 hours before try it do i have to wait longger and can the keyboard back to normal?

2. is there a way disable the internal keyboard, so i can use external keyboard without problem from from internal keyboard error? cos i read in this forum there are no way to disable only uninstall but will installed back automaticly after reebot.

Really need any solution, cos no hp service center in my area.

I finally got the solution...

I change the driver of the keyboard to "Remote desktop keyboard device".

After reboot, the device manager looks like in the picture below.

Now the internal keyboard stop working and I use external keyboard with no problem...

 

Hope this can help you guys that got the same problem like mine..
