Keyboard not working. I took apart a few keys and they are not stuck. I see this issue posted a few times so seems fixable or design flaw. Caps lock, delete, b,n,=,alt,f1,f8,f12,fn,7 key is not working. I've checked Filter key setting...software is up to date...turned off and unhooked battery...held down power for 20 seconds...turned back on. That didn't work. I ran a keyboard test and it failed. I have a Failure ID # and Product ID # generated from the failed test. I have 2 of these laptops...I've had problems with both. Of course out of warranty by 4 months.

Hey there! @Frustratedx3,
As the keyboard test failed with a failure ID.
It certainly sounds like a hardware issue with the PC.
