Product: Compaq 15-s008tu Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Recently I opened my laptop tried to upgrade the hardware of ram.......After re assemble the h/w........every thing is working but except keyboard keys. another issue is my laptop got white screen issue. Currently i am accessing through another laptop using Remote desktop .

Problem is keyboard wifi light & caps lock light is working . But keys are not working.

HP Recommended

An outdated or corrupt driver could be the reason your keyboard isn't working. Step 1: Right-click on Start and select Device Manager. Step 2: Expand Keyboards. Step 3: Right-click on the affected keyboard and select Update driver.
