The Keyboard letters QWE sropped operating in quick succession a while back. It was not a result of a spill or any other keyboard mishap.
I have checked underneath the keys and seeing nothing untoward. Nor are the keyboard drivers at fault....have been reinstalled and replaced. Have used HP troubleshooting suggestions. Ditto various other online suggestions including Geek with no success.
AT this point I would be grateful to know if it may be a case of replacing the whole keyboard or is it more likely to be a circuit board problem.
Your advice would be valued.
Thankyou,
Jess
