Product: HP 255 G7 Notebook PC (1C946AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Could someone please help me with a strange error? After update from Windows 10 to 11 the keyborad is not working anymore. After shutting down 2 times by power button I can enter my Microsoft PIN but then nothing else. I habe updated Bios, Driver of keyboard deinstalled and automatically installed. Made HW test. Nothing helps. How I am entering this question? By using Display keyboard function.... Hoping someone is so kind and will hell a frustrated lady 🙂 Many thanks in advance.

@Newlady -- can you temporarily connect a USB keyboard? Does Windows report "installing new software" as soon as you connect it? Do all the keys on that keyboard work? Now, do all the keys on your first keyboard work? Do they still work after detaching the USB keyboard?
