Product: HP Spectre x360 13.5 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 14-ef2000 (771X2AV)

So the problem started like a month ago everytime i play a game or sometimes work a bit my keyboard stops working. I did all hardware dia test and it didnt show any problem. The keyboard starts working after resar though but like I cant always keep on restarting it. So I wonder what might be the problem and is it fixiable.
