I have a problem with my HP PC (14-am091tu) 3.5years old, some key not working, recently I have visited the HP service center sysnet Global in Kolkata, sysnet was quoted of Rs. 7152/- for replacement of keyboard. I just received the email my expression was "Company was kidding me or not" Then I mailed to Sysnet & HP - Thank you for sharing the quotation but the same looks absolutely absurd rate. Being a bonafide customer of HP for the last 4 years, I expected you to provide a rate that is healthy.But seeing the rates provided by you, I believe I should switch to some other brands. If you wish me to continue with your services, kindly revise the quotation and send the same at the earliest.

Actually absurd costing of Rs. 7152/- for a keyboard replacement I feel.
