HP Spectre x360 - 13-ap0023dx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I have several keys that are not working on my laptop anymore (2, w, s, x; all on a diagonal making me think it's a durability/stress failure in the underlying keyboard). There are a few other conversations that suggest contact support to get a replacement part and repairing it (https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Hardware-and-Upgrade-Questions/HP-Spectre-X360-Keyboard-not-w...), but none of the old links work and HP doesn't offer any contact options if you're out of warranty.

Does anyone know how/if I can get a replacement part and try and repair the keyboard? Or is this laptop essentially doomed (despite being plenty capable)?

Thanks

Hi -- that link is not helpful. I have performed the hardware troubleshooting and identified the issue with a specific   portion of the keyboard. It seems clear that I need some form of replacement hardware, and I'm looking for help on ho to order the hardware and replace whatever is broken, since the older link did not ork
