You could contact Kingston support

https://www.kingston.com/en/support

What is the part number on the Kingston Fury modules that you bought?

Did you use the Kingston memory scanner to se what Kingston memory recommends?

https://www.kingston.com/en/solutions/pc-performance/pc-scanner

Here is the Kingston Memory that is guaranteed compatible with your Omen laptop.

Thank you, Eric. I am from Germany, and HP does not have a support community in my country. That's why I had to post my issue on the US community. We also do not have the option for the Kingston Scanner here. The problem is that the laptop does recognize the modules and shows the full 32GB, but it only allows them to run at 4800 MT/s, even though the modules support 6000 MT/s (XMP profile). The old modules that came with the device were 2x8 from Samsung and ran at 5600 MT/s without any problems. The laptop is new. I bought it yesterday for 2000 euros. But as I said, I just wanted to upgrade the RAM.

Thanks.
We actually have German HP Experts.

Other users of the very same memory have been unable to get them to run faster than 5600 MT/s

Another owner of the memory stated in his review that the default JEDEC timing for the modules is DDR5-4800

Configuring Omen PC  XMP memory document (requires use of the Omen Gaming Hub SDK package) The XMP profiles are in the manufacturer datasheet I provided above.

Thanks for the reply. The problem is, when I get into the BIOS, OMEN setup Utuility  I can't find the Advanced option.

You mean now that my RAM is running on defult? But my processor i7 14700hx supports up to 5600? I'm confused now. I think I'll send the ram bars back and buy cheaper ones with 4800. But I'd love to have some that run at 5600

HP Recommended

Yes. your memory is running at its default JEDEC setting.

I suggest using the Omen Hub to select the XMP setting that can bring the modules to the XMP profile that you want to use.

Activation of the XPM profiles is not done in the BIOS and it is not done automatically.

It will have to be  selected and activated manually  in the HP Omen Hub advanced section as shown in the document

Be aware that it is overclocking and that always comes with some risk.
