The left button of the mouse pad is not working properly. Starts and stops randomly and no matter the HP diagnosis tool never detected any problem. I´m tired of this. I don´t know how to correct it. I have tried Windows controlers and hp ones and nothing works. Anyone can help?

That could be the result of an inadvertent spill of a liquid that has sugar in it or dust.

No spill, no sugar, no accident. This happens randomly. I thought was Chrome, but it happens with Brave, Edge and etc. There are plenty of complains on the same issue. Control panel is ok regarding mouse pad, office is working and for me it´s something related to HP laptop.

" Starts and stops randomly"
Can you explain in detail what you mean by that?
Touchpads normally work without issues.
The touchpad issues I can recall are about jerky movement or no response at all.
Did you recently upgrade your OS or was there an HP or Windows update?

That means that while I´m working it (mouse pad, left side, bottom) stops working. Half an hour works, half an hour not. No matter if I close all windows, if I restart. Simply it stops working. Apparently this is a problem of Mouse pads of HP Laptops. I don´t know what to do. Actualizations are ok. So I think is not a question of operational system.

"Apparently this is a problem of Mouse pads of HP Laptops."
That is an assumption without any statistical basis.
If it were true there would be many threads about touchpad problems, and that is not the case.
There may be a mechanical problem with your touchpad that only a replacement can resolve.
How long have you been using the laptop?
Does the touchpad work without any issues in the BIOS?
Is it only when you are using a particular program, game or app?
"Actualizations are ok"
What does that mean? Did you mean to state updates, instead of actualizations?
If you meant updates, have you noticed if the issue began after a particular date?
Check the approximate date to see if there were any updates that happened.

Additionally, I´ve checked again, 5 mins ago if I needed any driver actualization at HP website, after identifying the model (alongside with updates) and the answer was
HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 15-er0021la (470N6LA)
So, would be nice if you bring me another advice not related with customer use...

I am asking questions in order to troubleshoot.
I asked about the word because it is not commonly used in English the way you used it.
I looked up the translation of actualization in Spanish to make sense of the word usage.
This is the only way beside use of videos and images that we troubleshoot device issues in the forum.
If you are not comfortable with that, I really can't help you.
How about trying a hardware reset.
With the power adapter unplugged, press and hold the power button for fifteen seconds.
Release it and reconnect the power adapter.
Boot to Windows to see if there is any improvement or the issue is no longer present.
Since the Touchpad is a separate item, replacement should resolve the issue.

You asked about updates, so here it is: the updates are fine. The drivers are also fine. My laptop's Windows version is 11, 23H2.
Regarding the point where you asked me about the lack of data supporting mousepad troubleshooting on the Pavilion 360, what I’ve discovered is that this issue is more common than I initially thought.
What I can tell you is that the problem started almost a year ago. I’ve had this laptop for two years. At first, I thought it might be dirt, but that’s unlikely since it's difficult for particles to get into the edges of the mousepad. I haven’t noticed any specific situation that triggers the issue. I’m usually working, and all of a sudden, the bottom left click stops working. Initially, I used to restart the laptop, and it worked, but then I needed to restart every 30-60 minutes... so it's impossible to work like this. I’ve read through several forums, and some suggest restarting the battery. However, I don’t know how to open the laptop because it’s so thin, and I’m afraid to damage it.
So if you can help I would really appreciate.
