Bonjour,
merci

Hi
I have exactly the same issue with my battery since 3 weeks (more or less). My PC is 2 years old. It seems that an update related to the ioptimization of the battery is involved but I do not find out where I have to adjut the parameters.
Would you please help me ?

Hello, I had the same issue since an update to optimize the battery.
I found a parameter in power management in BIOS (F10 on startup).
You will have 3 choices between :
- optimize battery health (which can charge the battery up to 80% max)
- let HP power management optimize (or something like that)
- and maximum battery capacity (charge 100% even if the PC is plugged on DC)
On my PC, i choose the second (let the system optimize) and my battery can now be charged more than 79%.
Hope it will help other users.
Regards.
Denis.

Cordialement.
Denis.
