Lacking performance

I have a gaming laptop with a rtx 3070 ti with a 12th gen i7 and 32 gb of ram and sometimes it gets to 18 fps and the CPU is only using like 18-30w and the GPU 26- 50W  it also stutters a lot playing modern warfare II, this all started 1 day ago and  the game where it lags a lot the temps are around 60 Celsius which btw is not hot. Can someone please say how to make my laptop use more power also my product number does not exist on the hp system because when I put it says it's wrong so I'm fairly sure that this is my last option to get this fixed.(btw all of my test were plugged-in with the igpu off)

- Expand <Other devices> ? (Those entries are for hardware for which Windows has not loaded a suitable driver)

Sorry for the wait but those drivers  kinda fixed it but It still barely uses any power (In some games ) also now I get this warning should I update it or leave it alone:

Do you have valid HP warranty ?

Check HP warranty status:

If status (date) is wrong:

The website is broken if I put the  Product number it says it doesn't exist. even do that's the thing printed on my laptop and the software. Please help. but I know there's an active waranty

You need to provide the serial number of your notebook here:

Check your warranty or service status

To find serial number follow:

Find product and serial numbers for HP PCs, printers, and accessories

Hey I have tried to contact support but they have not responded in 1 hour, I'm so confused.

Follow up: I cannot play mode warfare II with a stable fps ( above 60) and the gpu is overheating, are hp laptops this bad???
