Product: Pavilion 15-AB030TX
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop just switches off abruptly without any warning when not charging. However, during charging it works fine. It hardly operates for 10-15 minutes on battery power and switches off. This is after completely charging the battery. It is a headache because sometimes unknowingly I forget to charge and I lose everything after is just goes off.

How old is the battery? Have you run a test on the health of the battery?
