Product: Envy 13 D000
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi 

I tried to order a replacement battery for my Envy 13-D008-NA. I got a non official one on amazon. I tried to install however it didn't fit into the gap where the old battery sat, it was too large. I tried to squeeze it in but the back cover wouldn't screw up. Has anybody had the same issue? If so how did you find a solution? Or better a link to a battery that does fit would be amazing. I read somewhere about somebody slicing the casing on the battery to make it fit but I don't fancy doing this. If you could help that would be great, thank you in advance for any help!

What is part # for the battery from Amazon ? It must be 816238-850, which is N/A from HP
