Hi,
I am using HP 430 Notebook PC with Windows 8.1. I am having problem for 3 days. The problem is at reaching 93% of batery charge, the battery indicatior in OS says "Plugged in, Not Carging" and with that "LED indicatior blinks" from orange to white with few seconds interval of time. Few seconds it stays white and after that it becomes orange in a cycle
And the OS showing "Plugged in, Carging" after that "Plugged in, Not Carging" without removing charger chord.
Also this happens repeatedly.
1. I have run Hp Support assistant Battery check, and result is "Promary Battery: OK"
2. Have drained static charge, removing battery. But same result.
3. Have tried with charging with another charger. No improvement.
Did not found Battery test in BIOS diagnostic.
Battery is 2 year old. Mosty use plugging charger chord. But use to drain battery twice in a month to keep battery healty.
Pls give some suggestions for this trouble.

That usually means battery had insufficient charge. You've to replace battery with a new HP genuine battery.

2 years is good enough life.
What are the cell voltages of each cell, cycle count after doing battery tests?
Are you able to plug in AC adapter alone with battery removed, use laptop in usual manner?

Hello Raj,
Update the latest BIOS for your Notebook from HP Support Site
Then Calibrate the battery
