HP Support cannot identify my laptop with just the serial number **). They also need the product number (5XK97UAR#ABA). They don't recognize the product number as a valid number. What do I do now?

It is HP ENVY x360 - 15m-dr0012dx and its specs

Support should see 5XK97UA, 5XK97UAR#ABA . #ABA tells us this machine is available in The US.
