I am having a problem with my laptop. Whenever I am trying to update or download on my laptop; it crashes and shutdown. I tried resetting the laptop twice to see if it would fix the issue but it didn't. In order for me to ujse my laptop; I would have to pause updates and download to prevent it from shutting down.

The lack of free space on your drive can be a reason why Windows update keeps failing. See if you can free up some space on your drives and try running the Windows update once again. Conflict with Drives or Hardware

Hi Will. That was the first thing that I did when my laptop started doing that and I have nothing on my free space. There must be something else going on because the laptop will only work if I pause updates and not download anything. Which is a concern because this could lead cyber attacks and hacks due to not updating the latest security.
