Hi. My HP pavilion laptop model number 15ac085's key has been broken. I want to replace a new one. The key character is 'A'. Could you please suggest me that how can I purchase this key?

HP does not sell single keys. In fact, they do not even sell just the keyboard; only as part of the whole top cover:

You do find sellers on eBay who will part out a keyboard.

 

This is not exactly your key but you might get in touch with a few "single key" vendors and see if they have your key:
