Hello,

 

I have an issue where my laptop doesn't charge when it's on, unless I turn the power off on the laptop first before plugging it in. Sometimes the laptop will also not charge when it's off as well for brief periods of time (from a few minutes to 2 days). The charger and the battery both seem to be working so I'm not sure what the issue is.

 

I tried following the steps listed here:
