Hi hp team,

 

I am  currently facing the issues on my laptop that while before turn on laptop I will plug the charger,it's first shows charging indication of orange light but after some seconds  white lights comes and laptop is turning on when there is charger is connected. But after turn on my lap charge icon showing 0% and not charging up.Also note my laptop is current in

upto date updates and I also uninstalled the batteryband reinstalled ,also pressesd 15 sec but no improvement ,it's continously showing me 0%.

From your description it could easily be a battery nearing or at the end of its service life.

 

Have you run the battery test in the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI utility?

 

Press the power button and immediately tap the F2 key to invoke the Diagnostics utility. Go to the Component tests and try to run the battery test.

 

If the battery is toast the test will not even run.
