Laptop base is warped at the front side

My laptop model Latitude 5490 presents a warping condition on the base at the front side of the laptop, this creates a huge and horrible gap between the base and the keyboard cover of about 7mm in the middle of the front side where the warping conditions is worst and the gap gets smaller toward de extremes of the front side. It looks like a up side down smile. I hope someone from the HP team can help me. The service tag serial number of my equipment is [Personal Information Removed]
