Product: Pavilion dm4 1009TU

Basically this, on opening the laptop, this happens. The body around the screen has also come out along with the hinges.

The Service Centre is asking for 8000 approximate for same whereas when we searched for the body online it shows around 1000. But i want to get same serviced at the HP service centre. Can anyone help in telling me the correct price for addressing the problem?IMG-20190714-WA0054.jpgIMG-20190714-WA0056_1.jpgIMG-20190714-WA0057.jpg Except the body the laptop is working fine.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
