Recently when I turn on my windows 10 laptop of HP I get this issue while on the lock screen or after using it for 5 or 10 minutes the display goes like this and sometimes the PC while booting shows the recovery page for the recovery of the windows so I don't know why this is happening to my laptop and I am unable to do my work on it. I am also providing the link of the video below so you can see the issue and when I press any two buttons on the keyboard the display issues stops and when I release buttons it again start.https://drive.google.com/file/d/1PtEepSFXSdvcc11nXueax8ekINd0x7P2/view?usp=drivesdk
Please someone help me to fix this issue.

That looks like a video driver crashing.
You can test that by booting in safe mode.
Is your laptop a switchable graphics model? From the specifications it appears to be.
Do not install graphics drivers directly from Intel.
Install the AMD/Intel latest switchable graphics driver from the driver download web support page

You should also use the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI Utility to test the memory.
From pressing the power button, immediately tap the F2 key. Choose System test and afterwards Component tests--> graphics test. Post any error codes you see here in your thread, if there are any.
