Product: Victus by HP Gaming Laptop 15-fa0000 (680A2AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I ran HP diagnostics and it said that I do not have an AC adapter plugged in, I very much do, and my laptop is very ,much charging. My laptop does not know that it is charging, however, since it does not think an AC adapter is plugged in, and so it is running as if it is not charging at all. It's making my experience worse in everything I do on this laptop. I've tried swapping the AC adapter. I've tried swapping the charger. Didn't work. Sometimes I can get it to recognize that there is an AC adapter, but only after I fiddle around with the charger in the charging port a lot, and then it lags heavily. Any help appreciated.
