Have you run a diagnostic test on the battery from HP Support Assistant?

I cannot turn on the laptop. How to run a diagnostic test on the battery from HP Support Assistant? Battery was in good condition with 3-4 hr back up. I have tried ways mentioned in similar problem like pressing On button for 60 sec without charger and battery. But it hasn't been working for me. Please help.
