Hello, I bough the laptop (15-cn1xxxx) and i want to charge it via usb-c port, but I don't know will it work and afraid to break something. Could anybody tell me if my laptop supports this feature please? Thank you)

That has been an ongoing discussion here in the forum.

 

It should charge, but there is no guarantee that it will.

 

Try it with a Samsung s8 Galaxy or higher charger. They use USB type-C connectors.  If it lights the power led when connected,  that means that it will charge. It won't break anything, unless you are too aggressive in  plugging it in and break the USB Type-C connector.
