Hi,
I was using my laptop as usual, then, since the battery level was at 20%, I decided to charge it. As soon as I plugged the power cord, the laptop instantly died and I wasn't able to turn it on anymore. I tried to do a power reset by pressing and holding the power button for a minute (while unplugged) but it didn't help. The power LED stays off. The laptop is less than a year old and never gave me any trouble. What can I do?
